“During an event at Fenwick Newcastle, I was given a free half an hour consultation by a Sarah Chapman representative.After evaluating my needs and my skin, I was advised the facial cleanser and serum that were supposed to suit me the most.I also got free testers.I used both the cleanser and the serum once a day for less than a week. After a couple of days I noticed some itchiness, then overnight my skin was covered in red spots and pimples.I stopped using them immediately after that and went back to get a full refund. Also gave the free testers back.Can't believe such an expensive and well known brand can cause these reactions.God knows how long it'll take for my skin to go back to normal.Stay away”

“I have to say I was given a ICONIC facial gift which cost £525 and it is the largest waste of money out there. They say there is a skin peel which didn't happen, a plastic thing was put on my face for 15 minutes and it was not peeled off, laser is a light from a distance just put on your face for 15 minutes, you face is massaged and there was a heat put on just along my jawline, they said this would lift my skin???? and then a microdermabrasion needle that was prickly - not sure what it did and the lady doing the facial tried to remove anything she saw ie blackheads, pimples or anything that stood out. It is definitely not worth the money and I'm unsure why anyone would say it was????”

“I had the best facial ever done last week at Sarah Chapmann’s clinic in London and I can proudly say that this place absolutely blew my mind. Irina assisted me the last time I visited this place and thanks to her my skin was left in a perfect condition, I have never felt so fresh and new after a facial treatment. I would like to thank Irina for her help she absolutely deserves more recognition, I have had the same treatment done already with other therapists of the clinic, but Irina was without a doubt the best therapist from that place. The service was excellent!”

I live in the United States, the shipment did arrive within the 10 business day timeframe and the progress of the shipment was easily tracked. I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptionally good condition of the package/box considering the distance travelled. Kudos to the Royal Mail and USPS! I cannot express how excited I was to see these products so nicely wrapped and packed. The packaging of the actual product itself is very nice, professional. All of the above give way to the importance of quality this company delivers. I have always been fortunate enough to try nice, high end skin products for several years now and I’ve not been so excited to get started ever as I am with these Sarah Chapman goodies!! “After reading rave reviews about the introductory bespoke facial, I decided to treat myself and book an appointment. It is apparently considered as one of the best facials you can get in London so I was really looking forward to it! What I experienced today was a nice facial, certainly pleasant, done by a professional. However, there was nothing exceptional about it, and it didn’t feel different from other facials I’ve done in London for a much lower price. My skin was nice after the teatment but again, nothing special either. What I really didn’t like on the other hand is that you are pressured to buy products and book more treatments, which is quite annoying and not particularly relaxing. I also found out that my treatment was 170 pounds instead of 165 because of the LED lights. It’s obviously not for the 5 pounds but it’s not what I had booked initially and I wasn’t aware that I had to pay more for this. I just didn’t find it very client friendly and again, it makes you feel like all they care about is your money.Basically, there are lots of other places where you can get equally nice but much cheaper facials. I’m happy to pay more if I get a real quality product, here I simply didn’t find it was justified. Don’t get misled by reviews in magazines that may be more trendy than objective...”

My skin feels fabulous and the Overnight Facial Oil is particularly lovely, having said that all the products in the collection are fabulous! Have watched Sarah's videos, which are very helpful, using her massage techniques gives my face a great healthy glow. I am sure Sarah Chapman will now be my 'must have' facial products.”

“I went to the Sarah Chapman clinic for a first time Intro Bespoke facial of 90 mins it lasted 80.I was rushed throughout the whole treatment,had no lymphatic drainage around my eyes which I specifically asked for.No pressure was used whatsoever I didn't feel like I'd had a facial whatsoever I came out looking tired.A hard sell throughout the whole treatment not relaxing or beneficial whatsoever.Youre paying for the name not the service.A total waste of my time and energy.A very unsympathetic manager who refused to do anything about my dissatisfaction.A total waste of my time and energy.”
